Summary of Features: Special Operator Station: The operator station is specifically designed for molten material handling. The operator is situated in a R.O.P.S.-type cab with reinforced rear panels and a heat / impact resistant rear windshield. Doors open to the rear with exit ramps to the front. All models are available with a full line of convenience accessory items. Tire Capacities: All models incorporate heavy-duty earth moving-type tires matched to the machine application and load weights. Power Arrangements: All carriers utilize proven off-highway power train components. Extensive Use of Heavy-Duty Components: Brakes, axles, and hydraulic components, and wheels are built to exacting specifications using interchangeable bearings and parts. Haulmasters Platform Design U-Frame Design Features: Low Frame Profile: The pot is carried above lower frame rail, virtually eliminating the possibility of ground contact. Cam-Lift Mechanism: Royal's exclusive cam-lift mechanism lifts and locks the pot in the carry position with the use of two independently operated, double-acting cylinders. U-Frame Design Articulated Steering: Full hydraulic steering, provides excellent maneuverability in tight work areas. High Hydraulic Capacity: All Royal Carriers are built to handle ultimate weights per a specific pot. Our exclusive double-dump frame offers maximum leverage for full pot return. Dual Facing Operator Station: Carriers are equipped with a 180 degrees swivel operators station, for fast easy maneuvering in either forward or reverse directions. Quick Drop: Allows sticker material to be vibrated and loosened from pots. Platform Design Features: Dump frame option: Up to 180 degrees dump angle. Width: Narrow profile, accommodates smaller operating areas. Axles and Tires:  Multiple axles and additional tires on the load carrying arrangement, provide slower PSI ground loading.
